Happy New Year to all!

At this time of year, many will look back and make an assessment of the past year. Hopefully, everyone had some great moments to be remembered and enjoyed and it goes without saying I am sure most had some challenging moments too. I think it is best to review both the good and the bad if only for a moment or two. Of course, we should celebrate, cherish and hold onto the good things in life. And if we take inventory I am sure that most of us do not fully realize how much good we have in our lives. We have free will, the ability to reason and make choices. We live in a free country and I am optimistic that this should continue as long as we get out and vote.

Maybe a short story can help you to visualize the point I am trying to make. Not too long ago I was reading materials on personal development. I like this subject and  I do find myself reading materials on this topic often. How often do we come off the golf course and a curious bystander may ask “How did you play today?”  In previous times I would say something like ” I double bogeyed 2 of the last 3 holes.” Double bogeys are not good scores but it is funny how we talk about the bad holes first. By absorbing the personal development materials that implored me to work on my self-talk, my new answer might be “I had 3 birdies and 12 pars today.” Birdies and pars are good scores.

Everyone can benefit from being realistically optimistic. Optimism reduces stress, increases life satisfaction, increases productivity, strengthens gratitude, increases motivation and allows for more cognitive flexibility. Stay optimistic! An optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty. The challenging situations and the difficult times will allow us to be strengthened. Be strong in the face of adversity. And there is always something to be learned in life’s negative experiences. The successful are constantly learning. Then, be sure to move on with realistic optimism.

Having good health can enhance our ability to be strong in the face of adversity and to move on with realistic optimism and confidence. Ranking high on the list of New Year’s Resolutions are being healthy and having more income. In fact, without a doubt, if you stood outside the local grocery store or department store and conducted a poll by asking the customers; “If there are 2 things that you could change and or improve in your life – what would they be?” Well my friend Roger K. did this outside a mall in California and the top 2 answers were better health and more income. If the top 2 answers are at the top of your list you may want to visit my web-site;

At my site, you can download my 4 e-reports/booklets for free.

One e-report will illustrate for you the system we share with interested candidates to create an online business in the Health and Wellness Industry for obtaining significant additional income. The key word there is “system.” Almost anyone can plug into the system. The other 3 e-reports deal with building and maintaining good health. And remember the old saying “Your First Wealth will always be Your Health!” Of course, we all know that getting to a healthy weight is a new year’s resolution that would fall into the category of better health. One of my health reports is on the subject of getting to a healthy weight. The key word there is “Healthy.” We will help you get to a healthy weight and stay there and maintain it forever and ever Amen.

Love and Blessings to you and your family. Have a wonderful New Year!!

Sincerely,

David
