Hi Friends,

In my first blog, I talked about choice as it pertains to lifestyle, career, income, and freedom. Just as important as these choices are the choice to be healthy is very important too. Your health will always be your first wealth. If you lose this valuable asset you’ll end up spending everything you have emotionally and financially to get it back. Building and maintaining health are choices too. If you really take a good look at today’s “Health” care system, isn’t it really about drug therapy and symptom management as opposed to true health building and prevention. It appears to me that today’s prevalent mindset is to wait until you “catch” something and then the doctors are trained to treat and or mask symptoms using drugs. Again, drug therapy and symptom management. In some instances, there is talk about early detection, but to me, the intelligent option might be early prevention. If you don’t “catch” it then you don’t have to treat it or do something about it.

Doctor Giving Poor Diagnosis

The cost of health care is astronomical and it just keeps getting worse. No one can afford to get sick. Prevention will always be less expensive than treating disease.

Inherently, the program that I mention in my first blog will allow you to align yourself with a company that is recognized worldwide as the premier “true health,” wellness and prevention expert in the industry. For 60 years now the Shaklee Corporation has been leading the way by providing products and services that help individuals build and maintain optimal health. A very quick and easy way to get started is to obtain your own individualized Health Print.

Now I know a few of you may be thinking about genetics and hereditary factors. Of course, they play a part in health. Experts now tell us that genetics factor in at about 20%. Example: Let’s say your Grandma was a diabetic, and your mom was diabetic too. So you now assume that you will become diabetic too. Wrong! Yes, you are predisposed to the possibility of becoming diabetic but the cycle can be broken. You see Grandma probably taught your mom how to cook and then your mom taught you how to cook and so on. And in some cases, we adopt the lifestyle and the choices that have been taught to us by our parents. This makes sense. But I am here to tell you that you do not have to become diabetic. Through diet (Eating as healthy as possible) exercise, stress management, meditation, and prayer the cycle can be broken.

Now you might be saying: ” But you don’t understand, I can’t live without my drugs.” Let me share a story about a friend and colleague of mine. Let’s call her Jane. (not her real name)  Jane’s  mom and dad lived far away. Jane would send her parents Shaklee nutritional products. As the products would run low her parents would skip and skimp on taking the products. Although Jane encouraged her parents to take the products, they were not very consistent.  Unfortunately, Jane’s father dies at the ripe old age of 94. Mom is 86. Mom moves in with Jane and mom brings her 16 prescription drugs. Jane tells her mom – now that you live with me I will see to it that you take the right products at the right time and on a daily basis. There is a Shaklee difference. They are whole food supplements.(condensed foods) The products are unaltered and unadulterated and a no and low heat process allow the vital ingredients to remain vibrant and the enzymes are living thus giving you vitality and a vibrant life. Jane quizzes mom on her prescriptions. She had been taking these drugs for so long she didn’t even remember why she was taking some of them. She did know, however, that some were meant to counteract the side effects of the original drug. Long story short – after 12 months of taking Shaklee products consistently, mom was weaned off of all drugs except one –  and the last one took 15 months to go away. Jane had her mom focusing on building health and not thinking about her negative health issues. As Jane and mom worked on building mom’s health the negative issues began to dissipate to where she needed less and less of the medication to do the job and eventually she was void of all drugs. In my business stuff like this happens all the time and this is just one example and my relation with Jane allows me to tell her story. I have thousands and thousands of testimonials like this. For more testimonials call (814-243-5765) or email me here.

The theme of my first 2 blogs revolves around choices. I am so very thankful and grateful for the choices that the Shaklee Corporation has offered to me. I am also very thankful to “Your Freedom Project” for providing me with a turnkey system and the vehicle to grow my business without limits. This vehicle allows me to share my products and services with many, many like-minded and interested people. And the beauty of it all is the fact that I can share my system and tools for growth with anyone that joins me in this program. Again, a win, win for everyone.

In order to share information, I created my own hub site. (website) www.DavidPiro.com

At this site, you can read my 3 e-reports that deal with health building.

Healthy Weight a Health Booklet, Brain Health, and my latest “What Your Doctor Wasn’t Taught in Med School, About Nutrition, That You Need to Know.

I am typing this blog on Thanksgiving morning 2016. Thanksgiving is my all-time favorite holiday. I will end this blog with a very brief prayer that I like to recite on a daily basis.

“Dear Lord, I want to thank you for everything that I have this day and every day. I have so much to be thankful for and I thank you for everything.”

God bless everyone on this journey we call “Life.” Live it to the fullest!

Sincerely,

David Piro
